Middleton M24, Manchester / Hybrid Working Model You need to be a forward-thinking Financial Controller if you are going to thrive in this role. There is just so much that you could get stuck into and develop. As the business has grown over the past 5 years the CEO now requires a motivated Financial Controllerwith the strategic and commercial acumen to assist her in realising her business' ambitious growth plans.

This is a role in which you can be experimental and be a key driver stepping this SME up from small to medium.

As a 'hands-on' leader you will involved in all aspects of running the finance department of a successful international business and take fullownership of all financial and statutory reporting, tax, VAT, treasury, budgeting and long-term financial planning right through to developing new processes, systems and controls whilst working in close collaboration with key stakeholders and the CEO in implementingfinance strategy, supporting commercials, operational and customer service teams.
