The role will be working alongside our CEO as their executive assistant. You will provide efficient, effective, and confidential executive assistant support to the CEO.
This will include exciting opportunities such as being involved in new business meetings with customers across the globe through to contract negotiations with enterprise clients.
It is important to note that the role will also involve administrative tasks required to run a successful managed service business such as diary management, running reports and arranging meetings.
You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the administrative needs of the CEO are effectively met.The role will require someone who can be flexible with regular requirements for business travel.
What will you be doing?
- Assistant to CEO including outlook management.
- Creation of senior reports, presentations, and governance documentation
- Attending executive level business meetings and following up on outcomes.
- Tracking of actions and deliverables across multiple streams of projects and new business opportunities
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Great communication skills both verbal and written. Confidence to communicate at board level.
- Finance related degree preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
