The role
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the daily activities of M&Y's field workforce.
In doing so, providing a high quality, customer focused maintenance service, that ensures compliance with relevant safety and building legislation.
The right fit
- Experience of using Orchard Housing, DRS and/or Agile365 is
required: - Experience working within Housing is
preferred: - Experience of working alone and flexibly as part of a team
- Technical knowledge associated with Gas and Electrical cyclical servicing and repairs
preferred: - Organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise workloads
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment, with excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
