    A recruitment incentive of £6,000 (paid over 3 years) is available for the successful candidate

    • £2,000 at the end of Year 1.
    • £2,000 at the end of Year 2.

    The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 14 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

    A vacancy for a Teacher of Physics has arisen within our Multi Academy Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding practitioner to join the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership, based at the Arthur Terry School, in Sutton Coldfield.

    The successful candidate must have KS5 teaching experience and be able to inspire and develop students through their teaching and knowledge of the curriculum, hold a creative approach to their lesson delivery as well as being confident in strategies to enable all students to make or exceed their levels of progress.     Salary: MPS/UPS, plus Incentive as above
