The LHH HR Recruitment team are supporting a leading professional services business based in Birmingham to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Recruitment Advisor to attract and recruit the best early talent.


About the role:

  • Managing the recruitment process for the graduate apprentices
  • Building relationships with universities, colleges, and other organisations to promote the business as a great place to work
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for the graduates
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Providing support to our early talent during their time at the business

About you:

  • Enthusiastic and passionate graduate / early talent recruitment specialist, ideally within professional services
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with the willingness to take on additional responsibilities where required
  • A team player who is comfortable working to tight timelines in a busy but professional environment
  • Selfdirected and efficient, with a proven ability to set and prioritise your own workload.
