    The role will drive strategic people initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and contribute to positive business outcomes.

    As a People Partner, you will report into the Head of HR and lead the development and implementation of the People plan, driving a culture of high performance and inclusivity.

    You'll mentor leaders and line managers, engage with colleagues and customers to drive positive change, and lead talent initiatives such as upskilling, recruitment, and future skills planning.

    The successful candidate will have proven experience as a People/HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, and complex, commercial organisation. Previous experience across performance improvement, driving change and strategy and organisation design is essential.

    You will be able to lead on complex projects, and use data, insights and dashboards to improve performance and inform decision making.
