Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate and efficient MI and analysis to the business and external stakeholders
- Provide data and insight which support the development of LINK's financial inclusion strategy
- Use SQL to extract and manipulate large data sets to gain insights into performance
- Own and be responsible for developing and maintaining data models that power dashboards
- Research and identify new analytical capabilities within the team
- Discuss, develop and provide bespoke reporting and analysis where required
- Monitor and update internal systems, records and processes
- Respond to specific business requests and action accordingly
- Participation in projects and adhoc requirements
Requirements:
- A minimum of 35 years experience of working in data analysis
- 3+ years experience of analysing data and creating MI dashboards in Power BI
- 3+ years experience of using SQL within Sequel Server Management Studio (SSMS) and familiar with Python for data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Excel to manage data and produce MI reporting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Strong communication skills including the ability to present complex information to a nonspecialist audience
- Ability to use initiative and think creatively under pressure
- High degree of numeracy and verbal reasoning
- Planning and organisation
- Attention to detail.
