    Business Development RepresentativeCold Calling and ProspectingOffice Based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire Opportunity to develop a sales careerCompany will pay for you to achieve a Level 4 apprenticeship (Sales qualification)£25,000 + £6,000 bonus uncapped + BenefitsJob Overview The Business Development Representative is responsible for contacting prospective customers with a view to nurture to a successfully qualified lead with a schedule initial meeting for the Senior Client Account Managers or News Business Development Managers.

    The BDR should have a positive, assertive personality and the ability to coordinate multiple schedules.

    The role will be to reach out and engage potential customers to create new sales opportunities and pipeline for the organisation's sales team.

    To accomplish this, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to build strong partnerships across the companies solution portfolio.


    Job Description & Responsibilities:


    in office with you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to helping each other hit pipeline activity through follow-up communications with potential customers and prospects.a variety of outreach tools such as phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn) to develop interactions with potential customers.encourage creativity and strategic thinking when it comes to outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video-mails, events) to generate leads on well-identified target key decision makers and determining how they can solve their challenges.outbound and inbound leads into qualified meetings for the sales in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to and best practices with the team to contribute to exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (meetings scheduled, opportunities created, proposal stages with bid preparation and information maintain an intuitive knowledge base for request for information and tender requirements.


    Key skills, experience, qualifications:

    year of professional experience in sales, customer service, marketing or other related fields with a strong interest in impacting customer solutionspositive and energetic approachpersonality who is self motivated to ensure they thriveability to organise & prioritise your workload independently with the flexibility to easily adapt to changeto think on your feet in a conversation- ask and answer questions with easeto learn tools, technology and processes quickly"never stop learning" mentality and can apply it dailyand determination, someone who wants to prove themselves.

    Location:
    This role is office based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
    Salary salary of £25,000.uncapped. Target of 10 qualified meetings booked for the sales team per month. Paid at £50 per meeting.

    Once you exceed 10 meetings, every further meeting in the month will be paid at £75 per meeting booked.benefits and regular incentives.
