MBA are excited to be working with a best-in-class insurance company, assisting their search for a talented

Mitigation Claims Handler to join their

Mitigation and

Recoveries department. This role is a hybrid/remote position, 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday).

The Mitigation Claims Handler will be responsible for:

Enter a dialogue directly with Third Parties & Local Authorities as needed.
Review files to ensure correct levels of site investigations ordered.
Enter a dialogue with the tree owner to get appropriate mitigation undertaken promptly.
Build & develop good working relationships
Follow process to carefully diary and escalate claims to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.

The Mitigation Claims Handler will need to have:

Claims Handling Experience
Strong negotiation skills with prior experience within an insurance capacity
Personal Integrity aligned with company values
Possess a true 'can do' attitude
An eagerness to learn and develop themselves.

Previous experience within a Liability or Mitigation & Recoveries insurance position isn't essential, but would be extremely beneficial
