Service Desk Analyst

Fantastic opportunity to join an exceptionally high-calibre and growing IT service provider as a Service desk Analyst.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by supporting the business's award-winning range products and services.
You will provide first line customer service support, serving as the first point of call for end users when they requirebasic technical assistance.
While an interest or experience working in a technology focussed role would be beneficial, it is not a requirement and full training will be provided.
*Significant training and development opportunites*Role Responsibilities
- Provide basic 1st line IT support, assisting with minor technical queries (password resets, general connectivity issues etc.)
- Escalate unresolved issues to second line support
- Responsible for ensuring incident reports/queries are properly logged in the ITSM (IT Service Management), tool
- Provide continued customer service support and act as first point of call for key customer accounts
- Ensure excellent customer service
Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interest in IT
- Proficient at a basic level using IT hardware e.g., computers & printers
- Good admin skills, ensuring key notes are taken and organised accordingly
- No experience needed however, you will have good basic IT skills
