REED HR are currently working with a leading organisation based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, who are recruiting for a highly experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on a full-time and permanent basis.

This role is working from their Harrogate office and offers hybrid / home working.

There is travel required to the sites you are responsible for in your remit as and when needed and so you will need access to your own vehicle.

The salary is up to £34,000 per annum, plus a £4000 car allowance and offering excellent benefits including hybrid working.

Main Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for all employee relation cases.
Lead and advise on investigations, performance management, absence management, as well as disciplinary and grievance cases from start to completion.
Report directly to the Head of People and Talent Development and work closely with the wider HR team.
CIPD level 5 qualification or level 7 (desirable)
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Willing to travel across the UK to sites in your area
Willing to travel where over night stay may be required
Experience within a fast paced, HR generalist role with a focus on Employee Relations Issues
Extensive ER experience is essential
Previous experience of supporting multiple sites
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a standalone position and manage your own diary
Ability to work collaboratively with the wider HR team
Ability to work under the pressure of a busy workload
