Internal Sales Account Manager - Huntingdon, United Kingdom - Bowella Recruit
Description
The Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, build, and maintain close working relationships with clients
- Providing customer quotations, processing orders & dealing with daytoday customer enquiries and queries.
- Maintaining & developing existing customer relationships whist identifying opportunities to cross sell.
- Proactively grow sales within the contractor and FTTH markets. Create opportunities / appointments for your external account manager to follow up and monitor their incoming communications as required.
- Proactively managing open orders & customer expectations, ensuring customer orders are delivered when expected.
- Maintenance of weekly reporting as well as completing cost & sell worksheets
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the External sales team to ensure effective coordination of sales activities.
- Proactively contact non spending accounts with marketing campaigns and super selling days
- Update the CRM where necessary
- Any other reasonable management requests.
Personal Skills:
- Strong organisational & excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Excel to an advanced level
- Display drive and determination and be able to remains calm under periods of pressure
- Be selfmotivated team player with a collaborative, positive approach.
- Excellent relationshipbuilder
- Willingness to learn the product portfolio
