Description

The Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate, build, and maintain close working relationships with clients
  • Providing customer quotations, processing orders & dealing with daytoday customer enquiries and queries.
  • Maintaining & developing existing customer relationships whist identifying opportunities to cross sell.
  • Proactively grow sales within the contractor and FTTH markets. Create opportunities / appointments for your external account manager to follow up and monitor their incoming communications as required.
  • Proactively managing open orders & customer expectations, ensuring customer orders are delivered when expected.
  • Maintenance of weekly reporting as well as completing cost & sell worksheets
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the External sales team to ensure effective coordination of sales activities.
  • Proactively contact non spending accounts with marketing campaigns and super selling days
  • Update the CRM where necessary
  • Any other reasonable management requests.

Personal Skills:


  • Strong organisational & excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Excel to an advanced level
  • Display drive and determination and be able to remains calm under periods of pressure
  • Be selfmotivated team player with a collaborative, positive approach.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilder
  • Willingness to learn the product portfolio
