Senior Architectural Technician, Bristol - £35k - £45k DOE

An experienced Senior Architectural Technician is required for one of South England's leading Architectural practices. On offer is the chance to work with a company who employ over 70 staff based in 2 offices and have over 45 years experience.

You will be experienced in large scale residential projects to include working with developers and national house builders. You will assist leading and overseeing a team of technicians in delegating projects, tasks and assuring timescales and deadlines are being met.

The Role:

• Strong technical knowledge and building regulations
• You must have UK based experience within residential developers and national house builders
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit Sketchup, and Photoshop is desirable
• Motivated, proactive, organized, questioning and able to take initiative are all essential's.
• Relevant Qualification in Architecture / Construction / Building
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations & Planning Permission's
