We are currently recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to be a part of our main Culinary Heartbeat of the Hotel, the Quadrato Restaurant Kitchen Department.

Key qualities we are looking from the Junior Sour Chef:
We are looking for a Full Time Junior Sous Chef where the appointed Junior Sous Chef will work alongside our current Junior Sous Chef with being responsible for supporting the Executive Chef by being solely responsible for the Front Office Department throughout the Night, while monitoring the Night Receptionists on duty with ensuring that all our in house Guests have an exquisite comfortable stay.
The appointed Junior Sous Chef will need to be incredibly passionate in preparing our fine selections of delicious dishes, with ensuring that our junior selections of Chefs are guided on their Culinary journey with ensuring that all Food Safety and HCCP are immaculately adhered to.
The main responsibilities for this role would include:
· Supporting the Quadrato Restaurant kitchen Brigade in changing it up by recreating the fine selections of delicious dishes developed by our Executive Chef and yourself.
· Support the Executive and fellow Junior Sous Chef to drive the team to maintain the highest level of productivity and efficiency in overall food preparation in the Quadrato Restaurant.
. Demonstrate the ultimate level of food safety, understanding HACCP principles, possess the highest personal hygiene and be able to train the team.
. Monitoring portion and waste control in addition to labour productivity to maintain profit margins.
Being part of the small team, you will demonstrate excellent knowledge and dedicated behaviour. The successful candidate will be highly professional, have excellent communication skills, be well presented and understand the importance of exceptional Guest Service.
