    Description

    This position is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through the full project management process. Develop and implement agreed Centre Sales and Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business/sales goals of an expanding customer base in a defined geographical area. Work with the centres management and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation in line with the company vision and values.

    Ultimately, this is a revenue generation role, supporting the successful achievement of the centre's sales and marketing plan.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop annual sales plan with centre owner(s) detailing all sales activities during the fiscal year which will focus the position on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Demonstrate the ability to instigate and develop mutually beneficial relationships with other business owners, buyers and decision makers.
    • Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and the FASTSIGNS selling solution system.
    • Identify sales prospects and contact these using a drill down and share of wallet concept.
    • Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking.
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and field activity.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activities within their assigned territory including the use of a CRM system to maintain accurate records to maximise territory potential.
    • Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
    • Complete all paperwork and follow established centre procedures from initiation through completion of a project (i.e. work order, credit approvals, POS entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, KPI and general reporting etc.)
    • Prepare presentations, estimates and sales contracts
    • Establish and maintain estimate follow up procedures
    • Prepare status reports, including activity, closings , follow-up and adherence to goals for weekly sales meetings.
    • Assist in the building and implementation of company marketing plans as needed
    • Carry out market research, i.e. competitive shops and customer surveys
    • Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues
    • Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all internal and support departments
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Participate in network and marketing events such as seminars, referral groups, trade shows and telemarketing programmes
    • Assist in collection of accounts receivables
    • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services
    • Conduct or supervise minor installations
    • Project Manage various tasks and schedule activities to ensure quality implementation
    Basic Salary of between £28,000 and £32,500 dependent on experience. Additional Bonus earning potential based on success achievement of sales targets. Individual bonus plan to be negotiated year 2 onwards

    Who are we looking for:
    • You will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a similar Customer facing Sales role and will be used to working in line with sales targets.
    • Have demonstrable evidence of working to monthly revenue/profitability targets is also essential
    • You will need to hold a driving licence and be accommodating to travelling throughout Bolton and Greater Manchester to visit clients
    • You will have experience working in a small, dynamic working environment
    • You will be self driven and have a hands-on approach.
    • You will have the ability to build and maintain great customer relationships
