Logistics and Dispatch Coordinator
Are you passionate about green energy and exceptional customer service? My Client is looking for a Logistics and Dispatch Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As part of the Operations Team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering market-leading products and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record new sales and repair orders onto our ERP system.
- Produce proforma invoices and handle payments via our online Virtual Terminal.
- Coordinate with customers to arrange delivery times and gather necessary information for successful delivery.
- Liaise with thirdparty suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ancillaries.
- Process daily customer product deliveries and arrange shipping with thirdparty hauliers.
- Handle customer returns in accordance with company processes for quick resolution.
- Report issues, status, and progress to management as needed.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in customerfacing roles, particularly in handling orders and shipments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Confident in taking payments and data input.
Education:
- Minimum GCSE in Maths and English.
Characteristics:

- Wellorganized, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization and stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
- Strong customer service and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including documents, spreadsheets, and online systems.
- Ability to multitask and use initiative to problem solve.
- Experience in Logistics and Dispatch.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP or other IT systems.
- Knowledge of orderprocessing and shipping procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and prioritize workload.
