_Are you searching for your next opportunity to provide advice on a range of employee relations matters and lead a team towards customer service excellence?_


We're Inspire North, an award-winning charity looking for a new colleague to join us as a
People Partner in our friendly People Team.


As our People Partner, you'll lead on talent campaign projects, identify trends in the market and use your creative and analytical mind to deliver recruitment success.

You'll also provide advice and policy support to managers, holding a caseload of employee relations cases. You will ensure we remain consistent, compliant, and values centric.

This is definitely a HR generalist role as you'll also be a leader, providing management support to our People Administrators.
