- Collaborate with product managers to tackle a new aspect of our platform, focusing on pricing optimization for hospitality, particularly events.
- Work closely with our team in a classic squad-based model, prioritising customer-centric solutions over pixel perfection.
- Conduct research, onboard quickly, and take ownership of end-to-end design, encompassing UX and UI (excluding 'deep UI').
- Ensure designs align with our engineering team and design system.
- Utilise Figma for design work, adept at data visualisation, and proficient in complex web apps.
- Mid to senior level experience in product design.
- Proficiency in Figma is crucial.
- Experience with B2B Customer Research is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Background in revenue management or pricing is a plus.
- Previous experience in airlines, cargo, or hospitality industries is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

We are looking to speak to an experienced Product Designer contractor who may have had experience working in the transport industry specifically in the Cargo / airlines market. As a Product Designer for the tech sector, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of their software products.
