Description
The Role:
- Responsible for assisting software customers with day to day questions and issues via the Tifo helpdesk
- Maintain customer tutorial content on the Tifo blog
- Provision of excellent customer service and dealing with enquiries in a courteous, professional and efficient manner
- Assist in the preparation of software release notes
- Liaise with the development team effectively in order to resolve issues which surpass the first tier support capability
- Manage version upgrade communications with client contacts to facilitate release program

Requirements:
- Minimum grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Previous administration experience
- Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills
