Job Purpose:


Providing friendly and professional support to BPP University Students


The role will involve working directly with our students on site to answer any Finance question about fees, payment plans and dealing with overdue fees.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our student experience at BPP University is professional and enjoyable but at the same time making sure the students understand the importance of paying their fees on time.


You'll be providing friendly and professional support to BPP University Students in person as well as telephone and case management.

Your days will be fast-paced and busy, but you'll have a team around you, all working together on one common goal in supporting BPP students


What you'll be doing

  • Dealing with Student Finance queries face to face on the University campus.
  • Organising and attending meetings with students that have been referred to you by the Student Finance team to discuss overdue fees, payment plans and payment options.
  • Coordinating the resolution of past due balances under established guidelines through direct contact with students.
  • Advising the Student Program Support team on all student fees and Finance policies.
  • Assisting and informing students regarding policies and requirements for selected finance options.
  • Providing proactive, timely, accurate and comprehensive customer service to students. Utilising critical thinking, creativity and problem solving skills to address and resolve student issues to ensure a progressive student experience.
  • Evaluating student accounts to explore solutions that assist students in attaining their educational goals.
  • Monitoring student account receivables and related financial activity to ensure its adherence with the student selected payment option and company policy.
  • Suspending students for nonpayment of fees and reassigning the account to the inhouse collection team to commence legal action.
  • Facilitating the processing of any loan partners such as Student Loans Company to ensure compliance with established regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines and ethical standards.
