2nd Line IT Support Engineer - £26,000 - £32,000 DOE - East London, Docklands, Canary WharfAre you looking for a new and exciting challenge in the IT industry?
Join my client's growing team of IT Support Engineers at this MSP based in the heart of London's Docklands.
As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and technologies, from on-prem to cloud-based.
We're looking for someone with a passion for IT and technology, who is enthusiastic, motivated, and customer service-focused.You should have experience at least at 2nd line level and have a strong understanding of Office 365, Exchange server, VMware, Hyper-V,Network and Firewalls.
Excellent communication skills and knowledge of all current Microsoft Windows platforms (cloud and on-prem) are also necessary.
As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting customers and the wider technical support team with issues escalated from 1st Line level.
You'll identify and escalate incidents in line with policy escalation guidelines in a time-efficientmanner and act as an escalation point from 1st Line, resolving all allocated incidents in a timely, professional manner.
