    Description

    The Customer Journey Co-Ordinator plays a central role in managing all student recruitment enquiries and applications, to the point of enrolment.


    What skills are we looking for:

    • To be able to provide prospective and progressing students with the information and general advice on courses, progression pathways, career options and future job possibilities
    • To maintain recruitment systems for tracking, processing and monitoring student enquiries, applications, interviews and offers
    • To ensure accurate data entry that is compliant with audit requirements and data protection legislation

    Responsibilities for the role:

    • To understand and support all the College's recruitment targets (all funded and full cost), set out in the curriculum plan and the medium-term business plan
    • To work closely with the Campaign Leads in Marketing to ensure a joined-up approach to promotion of courses
    • To develop a positive rapport with the curriculum teams to ensure support is provided in line with recruitment issues
