    Description
    Our client is a bespoke housing developer, specialising in private and affordable housing projects across Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a significant amount of experience in design within the private or affordable sector.
    A good knowledge of designing to Housing for Varying Needs standards
    A good understanding of dealing with Scottish Building and Planning regulations
    A good understanding planning and building warrant applications and experience dealing with planners and Building Control.
    Must have good communication skills and a flexible working attitude.
    Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit, have knowledge design/delivery principles including BIM systems, and an understanding of the Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM)
    A full UK Driving licence

    In addition to the basic salary, our client is happy to offer 28 days annual Leave, Company Pension, flexible working conditions and a holiday buy scheme of up to 5 days.
