Description
Our client is a bespoke housing developer, specialising in private and affordable housing projects across Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a significant amount of experience in design within the private or affordable sector.A good knowledge of designing to Housing for Varying Needs standards
A good understanding of dealing with Scottish Building and Planning regulations
A good understanding planning and building warrant applications and experience dealing with planners and Building Control.
Must have good communication skills and a flexible working attitude.
Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit, have knowledge design/delivery principles including BIM systems, and an understanding of the Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM)
A full UK Driving licence
