Overview:

Our respected client, a leading law firm, seeks a driven and commercially-minded Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their established team.

This exciting role offers the chance to gain invaluable experience working on a wide range of high-profile commercial matters alongside a supportive and experienced team.

What you'll do:
Craft and negotiate diverse commercial contracts (sales agreements, shareholder agreements, service contracts).Conduct thorough legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
Support mergers and acquisitions, drafting documents and liaising with clients and professionals.
Provide clear legal guidance to clients across a spectrum of commercial matters.
Manage your own caseload and consistently meet deadlines.
Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a positive client experience.
Conduct in-depth legal research and create clear, concise legal documents.


What we're looking for:
A qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
Excellent communication, writing, and research skills.
The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
