Description
IMS is a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company based in Ascot, Berkshire.

Due to our growth, we are looking to employ a Credit Controller to join our friendly team, working 15 hours per week from 9:30 - 14:30, over 3 days.

You will have excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills. It is important you understand the business requirements and deadlines. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work within a team.


Duties will include:


  • Responsible for issuing statements to clients
  • Responsible for solving any problems that may arise with invoices and highlighting to your line manager
  • Responsible for sending copy invoices when requested
  • Responsible for producing a weekly Accounts Receivable report
  • Responsible for creating an Accounts Receivable Log, which is updated daily
  • Responsible for starting legal proceedings and liaising with solicitors
  • Any additional administration duties as designated by Management
