    ResponsibilitiesSpearheading pivotal projects, ensuring comprehensive and efficient co-ordination from inception to completion.
    Driving the market for "direct let" student accommodation, expanding the firm's presence within this sector.
    Crafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts with deftness and authority.
    Fostering collaboration with in-house specialists to deliver an integrated service offering.
    Overseeing project management with meticulous attention to detail and organisation.
    Elevating the firm's market position through proactive business development and networking.
    Providing guidance and support, cultivating the professional growth of junior team members.

    RequirementsA minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (5PQE).A proven track record in commercial and/or projects advisory, with a particular strength in major commercial contracts.

    Capable contract drafting abilities, with a clear and pragmatic approach.
    Familiarity with public procurement and competitive dialogue, although not essential, will be advantageous.
    Any exposure to working with academic institutions will be considered beneficial but is not essential.
    Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong client and colleague relationships even under pressure.
