    Description

    We have an exciting opportunity with a leading dental company that works on various products from Dental X-rays, suction pumps, compressors, and autoclaves.

    They are a close-knit company that is looking to grow their business.

    Carry out all Engineering Duties and related duties, including:


    • Performing Service and Installation work on a wide range of Dental Equipment and X-Ray Equipment
    • Build productive long-lasting relationships with clients
    • Identifying improvement opportunities and revising equipment maintenance Strategies
    • Adopting ownership of key technical equipment and developing expertise to become a subject matter expert.
    • Planning, organising, and liaising with cross-functional stakeholders to execute assigned work tasks and activities
    • Assessing identifying, agreeing and effecting development plans in areas of technical competency and personal development
    • Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
    • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
    • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory
    • Train Vets and nurses how to use equipment to a high level
    • To assist in setting up and managing Wet lab training within the sales area when needed
    • To attend local, national, and international exhibitions
    • Provide quotations and produce sales orders using CRM software
    • Setting personal targets
    Person Specification


    • Experience working as an Engineer within the Dental or Veterinary market is preferred, however, the company will also consider applicants with experience servicing equipment from outside of the sector (such as jukeboxes, gaming machines, ATMs, white goods, coffee machines, refrigeration), looking to move into healthcare.
    • Electrical bias and formal engineering qualifications preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills and customer focused.
