Our client is a marine company based in Glasgow. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Welding Supervisor to join their well established team.

This role will be fully responsible to ensure the technical work on the project comes in on time.

The successful candidate will have a strong marine fabrication background, with a number of years experience at a supervisory level.

This role is to oversee a small team, so the role will involve working 'on the tools' on a daily basis, to assist the team and lead from the front.

The successful candidate must have a strong, positive, leadership approach, with excellent communication skills.

Candidates must also have good PC skills and be extremely Health & Safety conscious.

This contract will be initially on a 1 years basis, then reviewed.

The hours of work are 7.30am -5.30pm, Monday to Thursday, 7.30am - 3pm, Friday.
47.5 hour working week, hourly rate excellent.
