HGV Class 1 - Newark, United Kingdom - Staffline Branches

Description

We require a number of HGV Class 1 / LGV C+E drivers for our esteemed client GXO, in Newark.

We have various start times available on days and nights, across 7 days and welcome applications from both part time and full time drivers.

There are 3 main roles. These are trailer swaps, ports, and branch deliveries. The branch deliveries involve the driver unloading the trailer and the port runs have an FLT loading the trailer. You MUST be able to do ALL 3 runs.

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential you have a good level of English, are able to communicate well over the phone and be able able to read the job briefs.

CPC and DIGI are also essential, as is very good time keeping. NO DDs or DRs on license.

In order to be placed onto this contract, you must first complete a paid induction/driver assessment on site at GXO Newark which is paid at the standard day rate. Note, on the day or your assessment you must tak your license check code.

We have immediate starts and plenty of assessment dates for April and May.
