    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough risk assessments by engaging with suppliers and evaluating the impact of non-compliance with controls.
    • Determine residual risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk remediation measures.
    • Work closely with business units to ensure third-party risks are clearly defined and incorporated into the business Risk Register.
    • Participate in supplier reviews, serving as the subject matter expert in cybersecurity.
    • Provide support during the Bank's incident response process involving suppliers.
    • Contribute to the continuous monitoring of key third-party relationships.
    • Enhance awareness of third-party cybersecurity risks through local awareness sessions.
    • Contribute to the improvement of assurance processes to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Mentor and develop junior team members.
    Role Requirements:
    • High level technical knowledge with a relevant qualification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISM, CISSP, or CISA).
    • Experience in a technical role.
    • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to task completion.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
    • Passion for technology and cybersecurity.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Experience in risk assessment.
    • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning in technical concepts and technologies.
    • Familiarity with IT security policies and technical standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials, COBIT, SOC 2 Type II, etc.).
    • Proficiency in report writing.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
    • 4 + years of relevant work experience
    • Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
    • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
