Are you looking for an Electronics Team Leader – R&D/Design in Hampshire?

My client is a very well-established, highly profitable company that designs and manufactures a range of electronic instrumentation products that are used all over the world.

Due to expansion, they are looking for an Electronics Team Leader – R&D/Design to join the team. The team is currently 6 design engineers, and your role will be a mix of team leadership and hands-on technical (hands-on being design reviews, technical problem solving, architecture work, circuit design etc)

You will have a strong background in electronic design with a broad skill set covering analogue and digital design.

This company's R&D team works hybrid, in this role on a typical week, you'll be in the office one day a week. But they are very flexible and there will be weeks you won't need to come in at all and some weeks you'll need to be in to use the lab etc.

Responsibilities and Technical Skills required in this Electronics Team Leader – R&D/Design will include:

· You will have a strong electronic design background covering analogue and digital circuit design with knowledge of the latest technologies and design methods.

· Experience in technical leadership within electronics able to lead a design team to deliver products, including the ability to conduct detailed reviews of other engineer's designs.

· Proven experience in taking design projects from concept to manufacture.
