Main duties of the job

We are looking for the professional skill sets to manage and support the delivery of transformational change which spans both formal project management and change delivered through a rapid continuous improvement approach within our programme, project, and continuous improvement environments. In this role you would be required to work in a varied portfolio which means projects may be implementing new digital systems, updating existing systems or might be to support our operational and clinical teams to drive improvements in clinical areas. A strong interest in working in a wide and varied portfolio is essential.

Applicants will have demonstrable experience in managing change within a large organisation - for a minimum of 2 years' - evidencing strong project management skills and delivering at pace and on time; coaching and influencing for change; and have a good grounding in using continuous improvement methods and approaches in practice.

In this role you will be required to line manage project support staff.
