Job Overview
Carnbane Warehouse, managing the training matrix and ensuring all training records are
comprehensive and up to date.
Main Activities/Task
Maintain and manage the training matrix and training records for the Carnbane warehouse
team.
Provide comprehensive training with relevant team members on updating SOPS, data
integrity, and general procedures.
Ensure Documentation is completed in line with GMP + Data Integrity Standards
Process transactions on the prism system, updating stock locations and quantities as
necessary.
Have a firm understanding of all documentation within the department.
Demonstrated knowledge of EHS procedures (PPE required, actions necessary for
evacuation, correct disposal of PPE materials, manual handling etc. )
Report Safety concerns through effective software.
Carry out risk assessment and agree containment actions.
Complete health and safety audits within the area and complete CAPA plans and actions.
Schedule and organise safety hub training for team members without direct access to a
desktop sign on.
Ensure all operatives within the warehouse are up to date on training and GMP compliant.
Liaise with the learning and development team on relevant training sessions for the team.
Approve and control the issuing of working copy documents for the recording of data within
the GMP/GDP environment.
Operate with minimum supervision.
Ensure area is always replenished with enough consumables to promote GMP practices.
Review of documentation, to ensure it meets company standards.
Ability to make necessary informed decisions in the absence of the area manager.
Constantly aware of potential risks to quality, immediately communicating any concerns to
area manager.
Ability to contribute to investigations, problem solving opportunities and CAPA
determination.
Ability and confidence to work compliantly in accordance with internal monitoring and
external regulatory inspectors.
Any other duties deemed necessary by management.**
Essential Criteria:
3 years relevant experience working within a GMP/GDP environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
A firm understanding of GMP/GDP documentation and Data Integrity
Ability to work well within a team
Ability to instruct and coach newer/less experienced operatives.
Desirable Criteria:
Previous experience dealing with training files and maintaining a training matrix
Previous experience in the use of the prism system (AS400) or similar
Previous experience dealing with completion of log books and reconciliation of logbooks
