  • HR Qualification to at least CIPD level 3 or equivalent experience required
  • Experience of working with HRIS and applicant tracking system ideal

HR People Services Coordinator
You will be accountable for coordinating new employee onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks, delivered through a customer service approach.

Acting as the first point of contact for People Services related queries from employees, managers and external parties, you will deliver high quality outcomes ensuring accuracy first time is met throughout our people processes.


Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Process all starters, leavers, movers, completing all required documentation to ensure best practice and legal compliance.
  • Monitor the People Services inbox and ensure that assigned tasks are actioned in a timely manner using judgement and awareness of escalations and any Employee Relations or sensitive issues.
  • Coordination of all contract changes / leaver processing, including holiday and salary calculations, updating the HRIS and payroll system and sending out appropriate letters.
  • Contribute to continuous People Services improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Analyse and report monthly against key HR metrics, specifically absence and starters and leavers.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks for the wider People Team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a People Services / HR administration role.
  • Ideally have detailed knowledge of Right to Work requirements.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes.
  • Competent in producing high quality business letters.
  • Experience of working with HRIS and applicant tracking system or similar
  • HR Qualification to at least CIPD level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
