The Opportunity

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of site activities, including documentation of personnel
attendance, planned leave and absenteeism.

  • Engage with company HSEQ management system and HSEQ Lead to facilitate the distribution of
company safety bulletins, Tool Box Talks, and Safety Shares. Assist with the collation of relevant
sign-off paperwork and create and maintain site files for record purposes.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork,
providing site induction links, and ensuring proper documentation of training completion.

  • Serve as a point of contact for site personnel, addressing inquiries and providing necessary
administrative support.

  • Provide support to the site delivery team in maintaining compliance to company and client Training
& Competency requirements. This will be in the form of providing regular checks on compliance
and providing suitable notice for missing or expiring certification.


The Person

kills Required:

  • Proven record of working in administration for a medium to large organisation
  • Good excel skills

Desirable:

  • NVQ3 Business Administration
  • GCSE Maths and English
