We are a family run private housing developer/builder with an extensive history spanning over three generations of building quality homes in the North Down area.
We are seeking a trainee/assistant site manager to join our team.The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an enthusiasm for the construction environment of private house building with a strong work ethic and be quality focused.
The role will entail all aspects of working on a busy housing development from the preconstruction phase right through to the after-sales customer care.
Although previous experience and relevant qualifications would be an advantage, they will not be a prerequisite for the successful candidate, as extensive training will be provided in order to progress you through your career path to becoming a fully qualified Site Manager in a successful house building company.
