- Responsible for end-to-end migration of business applications from Ivanti Workspace Control based on legacy RES) to Citrix WEM solution.
- Leading the migration efforts for existing applications ensuring smooth transitions and improved functionality.
- Client point of contact for managing migration placeholders, migration waves, rollout updates, testing and sign-off communication.
- Responsible for publishing frequent communication and progress reports on migration batches.
- Knowledge on Source Product - Ivanti Workspace Control product design and migration.
- Knowledge on destination Product . Citrix WEM On-prem- implementation and design.
- Assessment of current setup for migration prerequisites and interdependencies.
- Risk and dependency evaluation.
- Segregation of application waves and Application and user profiling.
- Sound knowledge on IWC product interface and setup for reviewing application composition, added customization, configuration, scripts, datastore, Usage Tracking to classify applications.
- Strong knowledge on ODBC Configurations SQL Drivers, iSeries, Oracle and MS
- Strong Knowledge on Registry creations and Policy configurations, User home/ Profile directory settings for applications, Configuration of Scripts and printers on WEM.
