    Our client is a FTSE 100 business that are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Senior Transformation Manager to lead and execute critical business transformation initiatives aimed at driving organisational growth and change. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a strong ability to collaborate across functions to achieve transformational goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies aligned with the organisations vision and objectives.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Drive change management processes, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of transformation efforts.
    • Act as a catalyst for innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and best practices that can enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by championing transformational initiatives and building organisational readiness for change.
    • Manage risks and challenges associated with transformation projects, providing timely escalation and resolution.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven track record of successfully leading complex transformation projects from conception to implementation.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop actionable plans and drive execution.
    • Excellent project management capabilities, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Change management expertise, with the ability to navigate resistance and promote buy-in for transformational initiatives.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including coaching, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
    • Experience in strategic consulting or related fields is a plus.
