    UK Sales Manager

    The Role: BMS are working with a major Irish manufacturing organisation who have a long history within the power transformer industry. They are looking to recruit a UK Sales Manager who will develop their budding British business by working closely with major M&E Contractors, Consulting Engineers, and End User clients who have a need for power transformers across EV, Solar, Renewable, and Battery Storage projects.

    The UK Sales Manager will be inheriting a £7m portfolio to start with and your role will be to grow and develop this over time. The Irish manufacturing facility is receiving significant investment to increase production capacity and it's a great chance to be at the forefront of the renewable energy transition in the UK. The UK Sales Manager role is one which will see you on the road 2-3 days per week whilst working from home the other days. You will have the opportunity to bring clients to the Irish manufacturing facility as part of the sales process too - there is unrivalled support to make the UK Sales Manager a success here.

    There is already a lot of repeat business and solid customer relationships to grow & develop. This UK Sales Manager position will suit a senior business development professional with a technical aptitude and a passion for the energy sector.

    We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

    • Technical sales professional
    • Used to long-term, project-led, sales cycles
    • Have sold a technical solutions - designed in or require site-surveys
    • Full & Clean Driving licence
    • Happy to cover the entirety of the UK
    • Are able to work as part of a wider team to ensure success

    Salary: Up to £65k basic salary DOE - 10% bonus scheme + car allowance (£6,000), 25 days + stats holiday entitlement, pension, healthcare, mobile, laptop
