    "As a Producer, you will be responsible for managing our social media production process to ensure our work is driving maximum growth and engagement with our audience across all social channels. You will play a crucial role in implementing and co-ordination of the teams that create our social content to elevate our brand awareness. This position requires an exceptional understanding of various social media platforms, trends and algorithms as well as the trends driving the content creation process

    Plan the delivery and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, including, Instagram and TikTok that drives growth, engagement and brand elevation
    Curate the process that enables our teams to create hyper-engaging, high quality meaningful trend-informed content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with our global audience
    Obsess over data-led social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions during your process
    Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines are met, expectations are exceeded and the consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels
    Extensive experience working in social media management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating producing successful campaigns and content across all social channels
    Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for each platform.
    Creative thinking and in the moment and mid term problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content within a tightly controlled budget
    Exceptional commitment to organisation and organisational tools and software to ensure working priorities are tightly managed
    Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
    A passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends
    Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, which can regularly require working outside of Monday-Friday
    Experience in a similar role, in Social first, Media, or Personal Brand led environment
