An exciting opportunity for a Collections Advisor to join a well established financial services business based in Denton.

You will be working within the collections team, speaking to existing customers, help getting them back on track with their payments.

They are looking for Collections Advisors to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the collections team.

Description

Duties of the Collections Advisor will be:

As a Collections Advisor you'll be supporting customers with queries
You'll work with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries.
Maximise collections activity
Problem and query resolution
Ability to manage and prioritise workload

Profile

To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Experience in a collections / debt recovery focused role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong IT skills

Job Offer

Salary £19,000 OTE £28,000

Hours

Mon
Fri, working shift patterns between 8.30am and sometimes working later shifts which means you will be finishing at 7pm.
