    Description

    I am a trained life and business coach, I also hold qualifications in hypnotherapy, CBT, grief counselling and anger management.

    My aim is to provide affordable therapies to all.
    I particularly enjoy seeing the results of my loss weight and stop smoking hypnotherapy sessions.
    My aim is to help you in all areas I can.

    ONLINE COACHING For certain issues, online coaching is practical (via skype)

    ~ Counselling for a local charity

    I went self employed and started and sold several businesses. During this time, I started working at a local charity who offer coaching for various things. They provided full training for me and I really enjoyed it.

    As the training was done within the organisation, I did not get any official accreditation, so I completed the training outside the organisation to get official certification.

    I now do this full time.
