We are looking for new Bar & Event Team Members to join us in this exciting opportunity in the newly redeveloped destination venue The Sands Centre.

Role
We are looking for strong personalities who are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Undertake mandatory licensing training using FLOW
  • Ensuring that the opening and closing procedures are followed, including cleaning the bar/equipment at the end of an event
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and helping achieve the highest of standards in guest satisfaction
  • Assist with the beverage/bar requirements at various events
  • Maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of bars and equipment throughout the event
  • Adhere to the licensing requirements at all times
  • Assist with drinks and food service where required
  • Assist with maintaining the upkeep and condition of all venues
  • Reliable availability to meet the demands of the business
  • Attend staff training/events
  • Follow and enforce health and safety requirements at all time

Bar Staff serving Hickory & The Sands Centre are always working on behalf of our clients, owners and working with other team members.

  • You are employed on a 0 hours contract
  • Shifts can be booked on Hickory's scheduling software
  • The minimum shift we'll ask you to work is 4 hours
- £9.90 per hour
  • Accredited Living Wage + holiday pay per hour £1.19
Totalling £11.09 per hour overall.

  • Payments are made weekly in arrears directly into your bank account
