Are you an experienced
Credit Controller with strong negotiation skills?

Do you want to work for a
market leading business?


My client is looking for a
Credit Controller who will be responsible for around
1500 live accounts and will be mainly focused on negligent customers and aged debt.

Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with bad debt ledger
  • Resolving customer issues/queries
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Assist with monthly reporting
  • Obtain payment of aged debt
The essential skills required are

  • Credit control experience
  • Diplomacy for discussing sensitive matters tactfully
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Vlookups & Pivot Tables
