Mechanical Engineer - £45,000-£47,000 - Liverpool Street

I am currently looking to speak to Mechanical Engineer for a corporate office building based near Liverpool Street.

The need is for a Mechanical Engineer to come and join a 3 man team, and continue to provide an efficient service of the maintenance and building services within a corporate environment.

On offer will be specific internal and external training opportunities.

As an Mechanical Engineer you will be required to work Mon-Fri 8-5.

The engineering on this site involves the supply of heat, chilling & electricity. The Engineer will be responsible for the HVAC, power, AHU's, FCU's, BMS, Generators, UPS etc.

All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealing with all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis.

All applicants must come form a strong maintenance background and have the ability to deal with a fast paced corporate environment.

Core qualifications are key in this role the minimum requirement is City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar

Previous Shift & Critical experience is required
