We are looking to hire an Analyst to join a highly ambitious investment team.

Responsibilities

Special situations coverage across equities. Typically, mis-priced equities such as IPOs, spinoffs, and major index additions.
Responsibility for major trade generation & development
Assist Portfolio Manager to focus on high-value trades
Develop sub-strategy expertise & PM capabilities over time
Liaising with Trium's compliance, risk management teams and operations teams on trading matters as they arise, when applicable.

Requirements

5 years+ of event-driven/generalist experience on the buy-side or sell-side.
Highly detailed approach, ability to dig deep into prospectuses.
Independent/contrarian thinker. Our candidate needs to use their own work in addition to our resources and be comfortable outside of consensus.
Must be used to being part of a successful team or running their own book successfully.
Positive extras: US coverage or growth name focus, Credit experience, Python skills.
