    Description

    A prestigious international law firm is on the lookout for an Events Coordinator to join their London team on a permanent basis. This pivotal role involves in the planning and execution of the firm's diverse events programme, which includes webinars, seminars, client hospitality, and conference participation.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for leading the co-ordination and execution of both in-house and external client and internal events, including seminars, client hospitality, and webinars, with a primary focus on ensuring high-quality execution and attendee satisfaction.
    • Works closely with stakeholders across the firm to manage event logistics such as planning meetings, budgeting, vendor management (including AV and catering), and on-site or virtual platform management, ensuring events run smoothly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development team and lawyers to develop targeted lists for each event, ensuring effective tracking of attendance and lead generation, with a goal of maximising event ROI and supporting business development efforts.
    • Assists in the management and optimisation of the firm's digital presence, including coordinating email campaigns, updating the firm's website, and supporting the creation and management of digital content using tools such as WordPress, InDesign, and Photoshop.
    • Supports the CRM and Marketing Operations teams in maintaining high-quality data management and reporting, contributing to the effectiveness of marketing strategies and the overall success of the firm's event and marketing initiatives.

    The Candidate:

    • Previous experience working within a legal, consultancy or professional services environment (2+ years would be ideal).
    • Proven track record of creative and professional event management and delivery,including running in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
    • Having an existing network of contacts would be ideal (event organisers, venues, speakers, etc.).
    • Previous experience of using InterAction and Vuture.
