    Instructional Designer - Maternity Leave Cover FTC

    Location - BMW Academy, Wokefield Park Estate

    Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working, 2 days per week from the academy (The days you choose are flexible)

    Are you a seasoned professional with a flair for crafting immersive learning experiences? I'm in search of a talented Instructional Designer to join a training provider representing the BMW Brand.

    As an Instructional Designer, you'll be instrumental in developing and refining top-tier learning materials tailored to the BMW business. Your expertise will drive the creation of engaging content, elevating the learner experience to unprecedented levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design captivating learning activities and course content.
    • Harness the power of technology to innovate and create interactive learning experiences.
    • Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure continuous quality improvement and product enhancement.
    • Foster consistency by collaborating with fellow Instructional Designers and L&D professionals.

    Essential Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in design software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, etc.
    • Demonstrated strengths in visual design and storyboard development.
    • Proficiency with eLearning development tools like Storyline.
    • Agility in learning new software swiftly.
    • A genuine interest in exploring the latest design trends and technologies.
    • Exceptional command of language, spelling, and grammar.

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
