Scale 4:
Starting salary £27,060 pa rising in annual increments to £28,419 per annum incl LW

Location:
Mobile but based from our depots at Archbishop's Park or Brockwell Park

Lambeth's Housing Estates are a valuable resource for Lambeth's residents and visitors, essential for their health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We are proud to have 299 Housing Estates and properties in the borough for which we supply a grounds maintenance service.

We take pride in ensuring they remain a great asset for the Lambeth community and future generations to enjoy.

The grounds maintenance service is run in house, through Lambeth Landscapes, and staff are responsible for all aspects of maintaining Housing Estate green spaces across Lambeth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated staff as a Housing Grounds Operative working on all green spaces on Lambeth housing estates.

The post holder will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of grounds maintenance duties and be able to complete horticulturally based maintenance activities including the cutting and strimming of grass, hedge cutting, pruning and seasonal planting.

As front-line members of staff you will be required to act as a key point of contact with the public and stakeholders.
