    About MAXIS GBN

MAXIS GBN was co-founded in 1998 by MetLife and AXA, two of the largest and most trusted insurance companies in the world. In 2016, MAXIS GBN became a joint venture and established itself in London with offices at Monument where we employ an international team of nearly 90 staff, with another 50 based in 12 locations around the world.

At MAXIS GBN, we work with multinational companies to help them deliver employee benefits to their staff around the world. We offer global pooled and captive solutions as well as comprehensive wellness packages.

We do this through working with a network of 140 local insurance companies (members) in over 120 markets across the globe. More than 60% of our member insurers are owned by MetLife or AXA, the other 40% are independent local insurers – all are experts in their markets and help us to find the right solutions for the local offices of multinationals and their employees based there.

Our London headquarters houses support services from global marketing to finance to client reporting and underwriting while working with colleagues based in offices in locations across Europe, the USA and Asia.

    Summary of Responsibilities

Our Marketing & Innovation team is looking for a Digital Product & Analytics Manager. The role has a global remit and will assume responsibility for MAXIS OneClient, our online portal for clients. This is a data-driven role, working closely with other internal teams to manage all aspects of our client portal and provide excellent digital services for our multinational clients. The role will be responsible for advanced data dashboards available on the portal (through Tableau) and support the creation of other data reports.

The role reports to the Director, Digital & Innovation, and requires an experienced digital product & analytics professional with proven organisational and execution skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment, and who can build great stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

The role holder will be responsible for:

    • Manage day-to-day backend administration, providing access to new users, revoking users, uploading client files, updating interactive data dashboards, troubleshooting issues and more.
    • Work with our Reporting, Health & Wellness and Account Management teams to produce, update and release annual and quarterly reports for our clients, including data visualisations around their employee benefits programmes, ensuring the information shown on the OneClient portal is accurate, engaging, and timely.
    • Manage OneClient improvements and service releases by gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, writing user stories, briefing web developers, testing new features, and launching new functionality to clients.
    • Monitor activity in the portal, producing security reports, implementing data protection procedures and controls, and managing portal governance.
    • Oversee general maintenance and improvements to the portal – reporting bugs, raising and chasing helpdesk tickets, testing new features on the UAT site, and supporting management and deployment of service releases.
    • Gather relevant insights and identify opportunities for innovation, from developing new services to improving user experience and increasing engagement.
    • Be a customer champion, ensuring all teams are aligned behind providing a good digital experience, coaching colleagues who know less about the portal, and directing client queries to the relevant teams to solve issues promptly.
    • Provide support for other Digital & innovation projects as required, including working on other data dashboards and insights by extracting, manipulating and analysing data from various sources.
